Your tasks:

• Management of the nursing team and ensuring high-quality patient care
• Planning, organization and coordination of nursing processes
• Implementation and further development of care concepts and quality standards
• Human resources management, including workforce planning and employee management
• Contact person for relatives, doctors and external cooperation partners

Your profile:

• Completed training in nursing or geriatric care, ideally with further training as a nursing service manager or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a management position, preferably as head of nursing services
• Professional competence and up-to-date knowledge in the nursing field
• Leadership skills, teamwork skills and strong communication skills
• Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with patients and relatives
• Organizational skills and a structured work style
