1 Scope; Acceptance and modification of the Terms of Use; Length of time

welcome to www.Job-connectors.de. These terms of use regulate the use of the website and the services offered on this website.

Additional conditions apply to the online application service.

By registering on our website or by otherwise agreeing to these terms of use, a corresponding usage relationship is established for the services offered on the website. This usage relationship is subject to these Terms of Use.

These terms of use apply for the duration of the user relationship. JOBCONNECTOR reserves the right to make reasonable changes to non-essential parts of these Terms of Use. JOBCONNECTOR grants you under these Terms of Use, for the duration of the user relationship, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, right to view, temporarily download, or use one copy of the material available on this website solely for your or your organization's personal, non-commercial use Duplicate permanently for your own private use. You are not granted any other rights of any kind in the Material other than the rights of use expressly granted herein. In particular, unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Use, you may, without the prior written consent of JOBCONNECTOR

8. Information you provide as a user

With this website, Robert Half offers you a forum where you can find out about employment and career opportunities. Please read our privacy policy before providing us with any personal information (such as your name, home address, telephone number and email address, etc.).

You accept that our website is merely a passive forum for users to learn about employment and career opportunities.

Robert Half may delete data transmitted by the user that violates these Terms of Use.

11. Availability and Defects in Service

This website and its contents are always made available in the version current at the time of use.

A certain availability of the website or its accuracy is not guaranteed.

12. Liability

Claims by the user for damages are excluded. Excluded from this are claims for damages by the user resulting from injury to life, limb, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) as well as liability for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by JOBCONNECTOR, its legal representatives or vicarious agents . Significant contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the objective of the contract.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, JOBCONNECTOR is only liable for the contractually typical, foreseeable damage if this was caused simply by negligence, unless the user is concerned with claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health.

The limitations of paragraphs 1 and 2 of this clause 12 (liability) also apply in favor of the legal representatives and vicarious agents of JOBCONNECTOR if claims are asserted directly against them.

The limitations of liability resulting from paragraphs 1 and 2 of this section 12 (liability) do not apply if JOBCONNECTOR has fraudulently concealed the defect or has assumed a guarantee for the quality of an item. The same applies if JOBCONNECTOR and the user have reached an agreement on the nature of an item. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

13. Changes and Discontinuation of Services

JOBCONNECTOR has the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, enhance and/or discontinue the Website and any service offered on the Website and to remove any material from the Website or to cease operation of the Website altogether.

14. General

The Terms of Use constitute the entire contract between you and JOBCONNECTOR regarding your use of the Website. Additional conditions may apply to individual services available on the website, such as the online application conditions or the special conditions for the time recording platform (see B. below). JOBCONNECTOR expressly and separately points out the validity of other conditions.

There are no ancillary agreements to these Terms of Use.

If you are a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code, Munich is the place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes arising from or in connection with the user relationship.

The usage relationship and these terms of use are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of uniform international law, in particular the UN Sales Convention.

Should individual provisions of these Terms of Use be or become invalid and/or contradict the statutory provisions, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms of Use. The parties shall mutually replace the invalid provision with a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision in a legally effective manner. The above provision applies in case of loopholes accordingly.
