Your tasks:
– Implementation of nursing care measures taking into account the individual needs of the residents
– Planning, implementation and documentation of care measures
– Assistance with medication administration
– Close collaboration within the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
– Promoting the well-being of residents through empathetic care

Your profile:
– Completed training as a qualified nursing professional
– High empathy and strong social skills in dealing with older people
– Sense of responsibility and reliability in carrying out care measures
– Teamwork and communication skills
– Willingness to engage in continuous professional development in the nursing field
