Your tasks:

• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality management processes and standards
• Continuous improvement of processes and ensuring compliance with quality guidelines
• Conducting internal audits and quality controls
• Employee training regarding quality requirements and processes
• Collaboration with different teams to achieve optimal quality goals

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or studies in healthcare, nursing management or a related field
• Experience in quality management, ideally in healthcare or recruitment.
• Knowledge of applicable quality standards and guidelines
• Analytical thinking skills and a structured work approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to train and motivate team members
